Dr. Michael Kelly, eye surgeon and Board Certified Medical Director and Ophthalmologist in Raleigh, is committed to providing quality eye care in a compassionate manner. As a leading eye doctor in Raleigh, NC, Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from Southwestern Medical School at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His internship in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Ophthalmology were completed at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans.
